Mechanic – Product Support (MBO)

As a Product Support Employee you can be deployed to support the activities of large-scale agricultural companies as well as manufacturers of agricultural machinery. These activities take place worldwide. Our head office and workshop are located in Emmen and we have had a branch in Australia since the end of 2019. We are constantly looking for new talent.

Product Support – Mechanic

What does the job involve?

As a ‘Product Support – Mechanic’ you are active within the Product Support team of HuizingHarvest. The team currently consists of 12 people, from support technicians to specialists. Activities of a Product Support Trainee can include the following:

• Perform technical modifications, repairs and software updates;
• Operate machines during demos and field days;
• International support for harvesting, spraying and sowing activities.

Job requirements

• Completed technical and/or agricultural training at least MBO level;
• Affinity with agriculture;
• Possession of at least a driving license B and preferably a tractor driver’s license;

HuizingHarvest supports manufacturers of agricultural machinery and large-scale agricultural companies. The HuizingHarvest team of product specialists consists of service engineers, test engineers, R&D engineers, product managers, agronomists, mechanics, quality engineers and optimization specialists. Our services are deployed worldwide and include: assembly, updates, modifications, inspections and optimization of machines, training of personnel and advice in sowing and harvesting optimization.

The entire HuizingHarvest team currently consists of approximately 30 people. The head office with workshop is located in Emmen (NLD) and there is a second branch in Melbourne (AUS).
HuizingHarvest consists of a compact, dynamic and informal team. As a Technical Product Support Employee you are active within the Product Support team of HuizingHarvest. This team currently consists of 12 people, from support technicians to specialists. HuizingHarvest is constantly developing and encourages employees to think proactively and to grow with it.
